Sunset Cruise
Golden light on the marsh, the day’s last dolphins, and the sun going down over the sound. Bring the cocktails.

The evening
We leave Delegal Creek Marina about an hour and a half before sunset and take our time through the marsh, where the dolphins usually are. Then we settle in on Moon River, or out on Ossabaw Sound when the wind and tide are right, and watch the sun go down. We head in with the last light and are tied up before dark.
Good to know
Departure time moves with the season; we confirm it when you book. Bring a light layer for the ride home, and your own cocktails or a snack if you like; there is a table aboard.
More ways out

The Moon River Cruise
Cruise through the wispy, verdant marsh, past Civil War relics, to the namesake of the song Savannah’s Johnny Mercer made famous. Dolphins, bald eagles, osprey and pelicans keep you company.

Half day
The boat and the captain for the morning or the afternoon. A sandbar at low tide, a long lunch somewhere you can only reach by water, a beach and a cruise in one go.

Full day
Daufuskie, Hilton Head, or wherever the day takes you. The boat and the captain are yours from the first departure to the last light.
